I lived in LA for 3 years and can appriciate that LA people are complete MORONS! and they would think a bum is working on his tan in the middle of traffic.
Well if you’d done your research instead of jumping on the opportunity to bag on Americans, you’d take in to account that:
#1) LA is bloody hot (and most likely this was in the spring or summer)
#2) he was homeless and IN the street (most of them hide in alleys, or beg for money on the street CURB)
#3) that most likely the HOMELESS MAN IN THE STREET WAS FUCKING SUNNING HIMSELF you fucking moron.
